-iPod Touch users can use this app as a speaker for calling on another phone.
-iPad Users can do the same but there is an app for that..."Prank Me! HD"
-Currently there are some issues with the iPhone 4 and the noise canceling mic. Right now the app for the iPhone 4 can only be used as a speaker for another phone. We are working with Apple on this issue.
